This week on the AI Search Briefing:
• Can customers teach Google who they trust?
• Three leads from three different platforms
• GIGO, Garbage In. Garbage Out.
• AI moving closer to the buying decision
• Google’s fascinating Antigravity project
What a week!
This week we explored whether customers can teach Google who they trust. That was on Monday.
And on Tuesday, we looked at a real-world example where one business received leads from Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Google Search, all within about a week and a half.
Three leads. Three different platforms. One lesson: AI Search is no longer coming. It’s already here.
Wednesday? What did we talk about? Oh yeah! GIGO.
Garbage In. Garbage Out. If your business information is wrong, outdated, or incomplete, AI will repeat. (Hey that rhymed).
And finally, we looked at how AI is moving closer to the buying decision itself.
It’s no longer just helping customers learn.
It’s helping customers decide.
Then on Friday we took a look at a fascinating Google project called Antigravity. Is that a great name, or what? That stuck me to the ceiling. (so-to-speak)
As we head into next week, remember this:
The businesses that communicate clearly, provide accurate information, and earn trust online will have a significant advantage in AI Search.
And coming up next week… I’d like to introduce you to your new referral partner.
